Medical insurance is perhaps the Employer’s biggest budgetary item and one of the highest revenue generating products for the Employee Benefit Firm. It’s the other non-medical specialty benefits, often overshadowed by medical insurance, that can make a benefits package unique.
At Navis, we focus exclusively on the “other” benefits which often are over-shadowed by medical insurance, and help Employers upgrade their benefit plans to state of the art, competitive benefit programs.
Meet Jamie Reidy
James (Jamie) is the Managing Partner and Founder of Navis Benefits Group, LLC. Prior to founding Navis Benefits Group, Jamie worked an impressive 25 years for Unum, a leading provider of disability benefits, voluntary worksite benefits, and group long-term care. As a Specialist, Jamie partnered with Employee Benefit Firms in the Northeast market, and Employers across the country in all size segments, including Fortune 500 Companies, Top 100 AM Law Firms, Financial Institutions, and well-known Healthcare Organizations, to design, negotiate, install, and administer specialty benefit programs.
