  • Navis will help identify any gaps in Group LTD coverage including uncovered compensation and taxation; design an Executive Disability Insurance program to addresses the gaps; and the meet the requirements as outlined in executive employment or partnership agreements. We understand Executive Disability Insurance, and will partner with the leading disability insurance and excess risk providers, to provide the most competitive solutions for your clients.

  • Supplemental DI Programs can be offered on an employer-paid or employee-paid basis, as a key component of the employer’s financial wellness and absence management strategy. Navis will provide an income replacement gap analysis to illustrate shortfalls in the existing Group LTD program, benchmark the current disability program, present solutions to address shortfalls in income protection, market the proposed program to insurance carriers, design the implementation timeline, educate employees, enroll, and service the program.

  • GLTC can help provide the funds needed to receive quality care at one’s home or in a facility, in the event of a long-term care qualifying event. This coverage gives the insured dignity, independence, and control over who and where care is provided; and is an important asset preservation benefit. Most states regulate LTC specific licensing and LTC educational requirements a broker/consultant must maintain, in order to ethically sell or service GLTC.
